The Marine Mammal Stranding Center (MMSC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1978. MMSC is the only Federally-authorized rescue, rehabilitation, and release facility for marine mammals and the authorized first responders for sea turtle strandings & disentanglements in New Jersey.
